Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or request a refund for purchases made on OptimityFX. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products (LUTs, Presets, Templates)

Digital products are delivered instantly and are consumed on download. Because they cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable after the download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if: (a) the file is corrupt, missing or cannot be downloaded and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 days; or (b) the product was charged in error or you were billed more than once for the same item.

2. Courses (NextGen Academy)

For online courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After 7 days, or once more than 20% of the lessons have been accessed, the enrollment is non-refundable. Live cohort or workshop seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start date.

3. Creative Services (Project Work)

Service engagements begin with an advance deposit. The deposit is refundable in full only if you cancel before any work has commenced. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers committed time and resources. Any balance paid for milestones not yet started will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is fulfilled by emailing us. Digital products and course access are fulfilled immediately at checkout and therefore cannot be cancelled once delivered, subject to the refund windows above.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@optimityfx.com from the address used at purchase, with your order ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
